Who We Are

Lily and Odi, founders of Little Seeds, are two of a kind. Lily belongs to a family of artists and Odi to a family of sports enthusiasts.

When they met, they discovered they had similar passions, similar personalities, similar purposes, similar wounds, and similar dreams. And now, eight years into their marriage, they are finding they also have the same (similar) children.

They both had a beautiful and happy childhood, despite the difficult upbringing of their parents 70 years ago. Now that Odi and Lily have their own family, they marvel at the love and sacrifice they felt and witnessed in their parents. Both feel compelled to share with the world what they experienced as children and what they have learned from mentors in over 20 years of their adult life.

Fast-forward in time, Lily and Odi are both relational leaders. Everything they do is driven by love and fuelled by the hope of establishing true, relevant, and meaningful relationships. Their desire is as much to connect and learn with and from people as it is to nurture and bless those they befriended on their pilgrimage on Earth.

Despite the challenges and difficulties of working together, Lily and Odi have learned –just as in marriage– to counterbalance their weaknesses with their strengths, and to let their mutual love and admiration for each other cover their many transgressions.

Together they have ventured in South America, Europe, and the Middle East.

Little Seeds represents the aspiration of taking their passions and dreams to the next level, investing and blessing a whole new generation of parents and children through exceptional early childhood development experiences and inspiring parenting workshops that will cause positive change in the parenting culture of today and set new foundations for a more affective and healthier parenting culture of tomorrow.

Lily has a creative mind 24/7. She’s passionate about arts, dancing, and communications. Her extensive and hard work as a certified Zumbini instructor immersed her in the beautiful and rewarding world of early childhood development. In 2023, the Early Childhood Authority of Abu Dhabi (ECA) granted Lily a full scholarship to study for a master’s in early childhood education at UAEU.

Odi has several years of experience in event planning, as well as youth coaching and mentorship. He has a bachelor’s in liberal arts/philosophy and a diploma in leadership. He’s an amateur triathlete and a certified swimming and personal coach.

Together, they build community wherever they go.

They have two kids, David (4 years old), and Santi (2 year old).

Lily and Odi’s children are their Little Seeds – Destined for Greatness.
